Musical Theatre Show

Every year, students at Nørre Gymnasium stage a great show where music and theatre interact on an equal basis. The Assembly Hall is remodeled, and the scenography helps give the audience a sense of interactive theatre. Every other year, the school’s large choir also participate in the show.

The creative work process is built on an innovative, creative method from start to finished product, and the students’ qualifications and execution – across class boundaries – constitute the basic element of the show. The students participate throughout the creation process where teachers and students work in close cooperation to produce the final product.

There is also a place in the show for students who are interested in the design of lights and sound, as this part of the show as well as costume design and stage work are also done by students.
